Anne Frank, born on 12 June 1929 was a German-born writer and diarist. Her diary, The Diary Of A Young Girl, also known as The Diary Of Anne Frank is one of the world's most widely known books which documents her life in hiding during the German occupation of the Netherlands in World War 2 and has been published in more than 60 different languages.

Anne and her sister, Margot, died of typhus at the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp, Anne died a few days after Margot. The exact dates of Margot and Anne's deaths were not recorded. 

It was long thought that their deaths occurred only a few days before British soldiers liberated the camp on 15 April 1945, but new research in 2015 indicated that they may have died as early as February of that year. Below are some quotes by Anne Frank.
